What does the future of libraries look like? That's a question the 2017 Futures Conference will try to answer this month in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The conference features speakers and work shops designed to chart a path of imagination and information to help transform the way libraries plan for the future. The WVLC State Reference Library is one of 10 state libraries in the eastern U.S. that are sponsoring partners of the conference. WVLC Executive Secretary Karen Goff says, "This conference is an important tool in helping the libraries in the state set a course for the future, and I encourage everyone who can to attend."
The 2017 Futures Conference will be held September 25 and 26 at the Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. For more details on how to get your tickets, visit the Futures Conference Web Site.
